Sign your own part automatically

If you’re one of the signers on every document — for example you countersign each agreement — you don’t have to open a link and sign each one by hand. You can have your part signed automatically with a signature you save once.

Step 1 — save your signature (once)

  1. Open a template and click “My signature ↗” at the top of the Signers panel.
  2. Draw, type, or upload your signature and save it. You only need to do this once — it says “✓ saved.”

Step 2 — mark your role “auto-sign”

  1. In the template, add yourself as a signer (the “+ I’ll sign” button) and give your role a spot with a signature box.
  2. Tick “Auto-sign with our saved signature” on that signer.
  3. Turn on “Sign in order” so the other person signs first and you countersign after.
  4. Save the template.

From then on: the other person signs, then your signature is added automatically and the document completes. You won’t get an email asking you to sign your own part.

If you ever remove your saved signature, auto-sign roles simply fall back to a normal signing link — nothing gets stuck.
